Services

Five services. One coherent content machine.

Each engagement is scoped to solve a specific gap in your content operation — or we run all five as a full factory build.

How our engagements work

We scope, build, hand off — and stay available for questions during the 30 days that follow.

Every Vividuspark engagement begins with a two-hour discovery session where we audit your existing content output, interview key team members, and map the gaps between where you publish today and where your strategy says you should be. From that audit, we produce a written recommendations report within five business days. Work then proceeds in two-week delivery sprints, with a shared project board your team can view at all times. We do not disappear after handover — a 30-day support window is included in every package, during which your team can raise questions, request revisions to documentation, and book one follow-up call. What we build is designed to be owned and operated by your people, not perpetually managed by us.

What we deliver

Editorial Strategy

A 12-month editorial roadmap, audience persona documentation, content pillar definitions, and a tone-of-voice guide. Delivered as a structured Notion workspace your team can edit and extend. Typical timeline: two weeks.

Content Pipeline Design

Process maps for every content format you publish — blog, social, video script, newsletter. Each map covers brief creation, research, drafting, editing, approval, scheduling, and archiving. Includes tool selection and a 60-day tooling trial review.

Team Onboarding

A complete onboarding kit: brand style guide, editorial handbook, role-specific checklists, and three recorded walkthrough videos. New contributors can reach independent working speed within their first week on the team.

Publishing Workflow

End-to-end workflow documentation covering draft submission, revision rounds, legal and brand review, asset upload, scheduling, and post-publish checks. Includes a template library of 15 reusable content briefs.

Performance Analytics

A custom Google Looker Studio dashboard connected to your CMS, GA4, and social accounts. Accompanied by a reporting playbook that tells your team which numbers to review each week, each month, and each quarter.

Questions teams ask before engaging

Straightforward answers to the points that come up most often in scoping conversations.

Do you write our content for us?

No — Vividuspark builds the system your team uses to produce content. We do not operate as a content agency or ghostwriting service. If you require writers, we can recommend vetted freelance partners in Kenya, but the ongoing content creation sits with your organisation.

How long does a full factory build take?

A complete five-service engagement typically runs six to eight weeks from discovery session to final handover. Standalone services — for example, pipeline design only — can be completed in two to three weeks.

Do we need to have a content team already?

Not necessarily. We have worked with organisations that had one part-time social media manager and with teams of twelve. The factory we design will be sized to your current capacity, with clear notes on what additional roles would unlock the next level of output.

Which tools do you require us to use?

We are tool-agnostic. Our default recommendations are Notion, Airtable, and Google Looker Studio because they are affordable and accessible in Kenya. If your team already uses a different CMS, project management tool, or analytics platform, we adapt the pipeline design to fit.

What happens if our team changes after the build?

That is precisely what the onboarding kit and documented workflows are designed for. The system is built to be transferable — a new team member who follows the handbook should reach independent working speed within their first week, regardless of prior contact with us.

The pipeline design Vividuspark delivered in December reduced our average time-to-publish from eleven days to four. Our editor no longer chases five different Slack threads to find out where a draft is — everything moves through one shared board. That clarity alone was worth the investment.
